We are absolutely in love with every detail of this wedding! Emma and Will’s wedding took place at The Grove golf course on a beautiful breezy day in College Grove, Tennessee. Everything about this wedding was pure perfection. We adored the bride’s vintage gown, worn both by her mother, and her grandmother on their wedding days. We adored how Emma’s identical twin sister helped her get ready, and how excited she was for Emma. We adored how Will looked at Emma (and his eyes welled up with tears) as she walked down the ceremony stairs, arm and arm with her dad, as Joe Don Rooney from Rascal Flatts played guitar. Emma and Will put a lot of effort into making the day special. It was so sweet of them to present gifts to their parents, and to involve letters and gifts to each other throughout the day.
This was our first time working at the Grove. Emma and Will chose this venue not only for it’s beauty, but because it meant a lot to her father, who is a famed golfer. The stately clubhouse overlooked the ceremony on the terrace, and was the perfect backdrop for their wedding. The rolling hills and lake were a perfect backdrop for photos, and the clubhouse was a perfect place for guests to enjoy dinner and dancing all night!
Emma and Will, thank you for allowing us to be a part of your day and to capture your story! We loved working with you, and hope you love your photos! 🙂
