We loved spending their wedding day with Cassie and Chris!! They are so sweet (to each other and everyone around them) and so elegant. Who doesn’t love a Cedarwood wedding? We’re always so excited to book weddings there. Cassie and Chris braved the heat for an August wedding and were such troopers!!

Photographers will always tell you it’s better to do a first look before and take as many bridal party and couple photos as possible before the ceremony. And while it does make the day flow a little faster… I secretly love when a couple follows tradition and waits for him to see her as she comes down the aisle. Cassie and Chris played to tradition and we loved them seeing each other for the first time. It’s hard to focus a camera with tears in your eyes!!

I loved Cassie’s flowers with shades of eggplant and greens. Her bridesmaids were just the best and cracked us up all day. They did a fun photo holding chalkboards of how they each met Cassie. And the groomsmen had a few moments of their own, most of which we are sworn to secrecy. One of their highlights was removing their shirts during the reception and coming out to dance in just their vests. We can blame it on the hot weather!!

Cassie and Chris….thanks so much for letting us be a part of your lives. We wish you a lifetime of happiness!!
