This may be one of my favorite all time weddings! Lauren and Jon’s wedding day was pretty much amazing from start to finish. They tied the knot a couple of weekends ago at Graystone Quarry, a newer wedding venue in Franklin, Tennessee. This was my first time working there, and it did not disappoint! I love when we have unique places to do photos, the rock quarry was both unique and beautiful at the same time. In addition to the quarry, the owners have built an enormous breathtaking reception hall, windowed ceremony area, bride and groom areas, and to top it off the aqua blue pool (complete with a waterfall!) were the perfect backdrop for Lauren and Jon’s elegant wedding.
Lauren and her sweet bridesmaids and friends were the cutest ever. They laughed and chatted while they got ready in the bridal suite – and then did some photos in their custom robes before getting dressed. Lauren looked absolutely gorgeous in her strapless gown, and we loved her graceful updo. Jon and the guys kept everyone laughing all day, they were all full of jokes and hilarious photo “poses” haha! Depsite the rain moving in throughout the day, we were able to time all of their photos just perfectly (whew!)
After saying their vows surrounded by friends and family, they did formal photos around the grounds and then headed to the reception. Their guests were wowed at their reception with an amazing presentation of food, drinks, and entertainment all night long.
Lauren and Jon, we loved spending the day with you and your friends and family! You both are so sweet and we wish you a lifetime of love and happiness!!!
