Janan + Brad / Elegant Summer Wedding at Cedarwood, Nashville

Once in a while, a wedding transcends extraordinary and becomes epic. Such is the case with Janan and Brad, Californians who recently had a destination wedding at Cedarwood. Why Nashville? Trying to impress her (and get rid of the competition) Brad invited Janan here for a long weekend on their third date. She loves country music and had never been to Music City. Needless to say, she was impressed and afterwards, only had eyes for Brad.

Janan and Brad were so sweet to work with. Throughout the entire planning process, Janan was so laid back and easy to work with. I adored her before I even met her in person! They had quite an exciting day. The weather kept us guessing all afternoon, and I have to say their ceremony won’t easily be forgotten, lol! As everyone lined up and started to walk down the aisle, the rain started. Then, more rain. Then, an absolute downpour. HA! The thunder and lightning just added to the drama. We all ran to the barn, laughing and getting soaked. After re-grouping for a few minutes, Janan and Brad had an amazing, intimate ceremony, surrounded by the people who love them best.

The reception and decor for the day was straight out of something you’d see in a celebrity magazine. Rich gold accents, gold rimmed plateware, earthy farm tables, and a luxurious creme draped tent just oozed elegance. The party? A bourbon bar in a vintage Airstream trailer. A hookah parlor under a cozy tent. They danced the night away to The Downtown Band. Pure perfection.

Janan and Brad, we loved celebrating with you. You both were so fun to work with and we had a great time with you both! We wish you the best!
